Study conducted on 44 healthy individuals who received SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines at University of Pennsylvania Health System

Result: Scientists show in Science Immunology that one dose of mRNA COVID19 vaccine induces optimal antibody and B cell responses in previously infected people. Two doses are needed for immunologically naive people.
